Have you been burned??

If you have not started watching Burn Notice on USA Network WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR??? This is the best show ever. My brother in law Doug told us about it and I LOVE IT!! It is funny and clever and amazing. We watch it on the internet and I would seriously consider getting a DVR just for this show. The actors are so funny and act really well. It is clean for the most part (if you can get past all the Miami babes in their bikinis) and the stories are good. If you start watching it I would love to hear what you think. If you already watch it...good taste. I love Michael Westen.

Outcome

So, here I am after my haircut. I should have taken a before and after, but oh well. I like it over all. I always have problems at first with a new haircut because people don't cut my hair the way I cut hair and I like how I cut. It's cute though. I like the layers and the bangs are manageable. Anyhow, thanks for caring.

What to do??

We just saw Quantum of Solace last night and I couldn't help but love this girl's hair. I never thought I would want bangs again BUT I DO!! I thought her hair was so cute and I love the bangs and the layers. I want to get my haircut like this really bad. Whether I get bangs or not, I am for sure getting layers like this girl. I love the bangs though. I know I will regret it, but I am torn. What should I do?

Art

I can appreciate art, but sometimes I don't think I give artists enough credit. Sometimes I see paintings and I think: "I could do that", when in reality I think I am fooling my self. I recently tried to paint. I bought a canvas and went to town. Chris being the good, supportive husband that he is said he liked it, but I didn't. The more I look at it the less I like it. I wonder if real artists are as critical of their work as I seem to be of mine. I haven't given up yet though. I am going to keep trying and make it a hobby of mine to paint more. A friend of mine who I think is a real artist said that you have to paint to get any good ideas, so I will. Here are a few paintings that I liked.

Christmas photo a little too late

We took this picture a week or so after Christmas but I thought it would have been perfect for our Christmas card (which I never sent out, but if I had I would have used this picture.) I love my boy!!

Winter fun

After the first big snowstorm we decided to make good use of our hill outside our house and go sledding with our good friends the Yates. We had a great time and drank yummy hot cocoa afterward.

Back from the DEAD!!

Or so it feels like it. GOSH!!

We had our computer break right after Chris was done with his finals (I guess if it was going to happen, that was the best time) and we have been cut off since tonight. Chris was almost giddy when he was on his way to get it from BestBuy (word to the wise...always buy the service plans!!!). I too am so happy to finally have it back. So, now I have no excuse to not post. You will probably see a ton from me in the next week or so and then it should level off.

p.s. cool pic huh? I have seen a graveyard like this in NY. Crazy.
